01 1x1 Powerlifting Coaching

This comprehensive coaching option is the most popular service at Axis Training Systems. Athletes who choose the 1x1 option receive daily communication with their coach, unlimited technique analysis, individualized programming, and meet day handling. This is a high-contact service which allows the opportunity for coaches and athletes to address issues as they arise– whether adjusting the training stress and/or providing technique accountability. Our coaches prioritize collaboration with the athlete and utilization of previous training data/history to make informed decisions, with the intention of ensuring athletes are not only being educated, but growing within the sport to the best of their potential.

02 Game Day Coaching

This service is for athletes and coaches who want to collaborate to ensure that meet day performances run as smooth as possible. We offer video review, scouting reports, meet day planning call as well as handling on the day in this service. We have coaches present at all National competitions within Powerlifting America and USAPL. We also offer this service at most IPF World Championship events. 

03 Individual Coaching Mentorship

Our Individual Coaching Mentorship is designed for coaches at all levels—whether you're already established, on the rise, or just getting started. This mentorship is tailored to the specific areas of coaching you'd like to improve, but we also offer a structured curriculum for those who want to develop across the board. Sessions can be held weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as a one-time consultation.


Our curriculum includes the following topics:

  • Programming

  • Biomechanics

  • Athlete Psychology

  • Building a Coaching Business

  • Meet Day Strategy and Case Studies

04 Movement Consulting/Coaching

This service is for athletes who are not seeking full programming or ongoing coaching but want focused support on improving their technique. We offer movement coaching and consultations to help you refine your lifts and optimize movement for better performance and efficiency.
Sessions are conducted in the same format as our 1x1 coaching or can be scheduled as standalone consultations or as part of a short-term series, depending on your needs.
